I feel like I’m losing control again. Fuck. And it’s like I try to convince myself I’m being healthy by like “oh salads healthy!” But I know straight three bowls of lettuce and some fruit a day isnt near enough calories…. And plus running… Fuck. I’m making myself eat tomorrow. Carbs. Like a bagel and cereal
